This Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Bluffs, LLC d/b/a Unplugged Adventures and its affiliates (“Unplugged Adventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, protect, use, and share your Personal Information (defined below). Collection of your Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information that can be used to identify or contact an individual. We collect Personal Information that you provide to us through the Service and use such Personal Information for purposes relating to the reasons you provided it to us. In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Service, Unplugged Adventures may collect Personal Information, such as your:

- If applicable, the cruise ship you will be traveling on during your onshore excursion in Juneau, AK.
If you purchase Unplugged Adventures’ products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Vehicle Location and Telematics Information
If you rent a vehicle through us, such vehicle may be equipped with telematics technology including, but not limited to, a global positioning system (“GPS”), an iPad, an after-market telematics device, or an event data recorder (collectively, the “Telematics System”). Some or all of the Telematics System functions or components may or may not be active during the rental and may be activated (or deactivated) automatically without warning or notice. In addition, when active, some or all of the Telematics System functions or components, may collect and transmit, on a continuous basis, Telematics System information that may include, but may not be limited to, geo-location information.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Unplugged Adventures. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Service, to maintain quality of the Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Service.
We may use “cookies” or other tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, single-pixel, or clear GIFs) to track how you use the Service for analytics and security purposes. A cookie is a file stored on your computer or device to uniquely identify your device or to store information or settings on your device. No Personal Information from Children
Unplugged Adventures does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen. We will delete any Personal Information we receive from users we believe to be children.

From time to time, Unplugged Adventures may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that you receive from us. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to the performance of our services. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any "Contact Us" request as well as administrative, maintenance and operational emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request).

The Service is intended for residents of the United States. If you are using the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
